Georges Bay, our 6.83m Stabicraft
Our New Zealand built 6.83 metre Stabicraft sports a 5mm thick hull built of low-maintenance, marine-grade aluminium alloy. It is highly maneuverable and has a 300 litre under floor fuel tank onboard to give it extended range. It features Stabicraft’s positive buoyancy™ tubes and characteristic hull shape with stepped chines.
Honda sponsored twin 135 Honda outboard engines for power and redundancy. Radios and equipment include:
- VHF radio
- Lowrance HDS Generation 3 Sonar/GPS/Radar
- Furuno 1630 radar and
- Seiwa Oyster plotter/sounder.
It is our vessel of choice for short range missions and barway escorts for smaller vessels.
